The leasing process was very quick and easy. The grounds are kept clean and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It’s also by the lake and located near several stores.

I’ve been living here for about a month now, and overall, my experience has been really positive. The whole process—from applying to moving in—was smooth and hassle-free. I’ve only had one maintenance request so far, and it was handled quickly, which I really appreciated.
I’m happy with my unit overall. The only thing I wish were different is that the HVAC system is inside the unit where I feel like a linen closet would make more sense, and the storage space is located outside on the patio.... Other than that, I really like the layout and comfort of my apartment.
Parking hasn’t been too bad, and it’s a pretty quiet community, which makes it easy to feel at home. One of my favorite things is being right next to the lake—it’s perfect for walks and adds a nice touch to the surroundings. I also think this part of Laurel is a great area to live in.
So far, I’m happy with my decision to move here and I’m looking forward to my time in this community

Overall it’s been a very good experience staying in this community for the last 1.5 years. What I love the most is there’s greenery right outside my balcony and I view and experience all the seasons right there. That’s an ultimate add on to all the amenities in the apartment.
