Excellent Staff and Maintenance staff, very responsive. Gym equipment is a bit lacking. Common areas are clean and parking always available. Wall painting was done last minute prior to move in. Strong cigarette smell in carpets. Pest free.

I almost signed a lease agreement with The Views at Laurel Lakes. The property and apartment units looked good. I was very impressed with the updated look and feel inside the units I toured. The leasing agent, Maria Salazar, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. My tour with her had me ready to sign. Ultimately, I did not sign only because I found another property closer to my job with slightly more room and less prone to some of the vehicle break-in activity that... has occurred over the past 6-8 months. Other than that, this property is priced competitively, looks great and is in a area that is close to many shopping areas and parks within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend viewing this community as one of your rental options.
