Id highly recommend this complex, I have lived here the past two years and have really enjoyed it. The apartments are large which is a bonus. Leasing office is always very helpful and any issues have been addressed promptly. Grounds are nicely maintained and the fitness center and pool are nice additions.

Hello this is place is ridiculous won’t let me have any pets.Other people have pets in this complex. This is not fair to others who can’t have pets but they have pets in this place

DO NOT RENT HERE
The apartment complex appears beautiful when you take a first glance. The apartment staff are rude and have no customer service. The phones are always off requiring the need to communicate in person for issues that arise. I have had multiple issues where the air conditioning has broken in the middle of summer taking a week and a half for them to fix it, the has been a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs neighbors that the staff nonchalantly addressed while being rude and disrespectful. The... staff constantly makes excuses to snoop in your apartment. The neighbors are disrespectful and rude. They blast their music whenever they want, throw soda out their windows leaving stains on my windows on the outside, and stomp around ignoring anyone and everyone around you; moreover, the parking is horrible. The number of out of state cars taking up parking spots is horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Not Worth it
I wish I could give zero star, this place is overpriced for bottom of the barrel units and service you receive. Stay away plus office staff are very RUDE!!! Don’t expect maintenance to come on time either, worst experience in my whole rental experiences. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere, you can get so much more for about the same price. Plus they have mice issues, and be prepared to hear every single movement your neighbors make . you’ve been warned.

Close to my job, close to everything i need and its a good county (howard county).
