Spacious floorplans and beautiful surrounding areas! It makes for a peaceful living environment. Aventura values residents recreation time as they have 2 fitness centers and a virtual game room!

“I’ve had a good experience living at Aventura at Contee Crossing so far. The community is clean, quiet, and pet-friendly, which is great for my dogs. The staff has been responsive and helpful whenever I needed support. Looking forward to the rest of my lease here!”

It been overall. Staff is very attentive. Although we have experience a lot of changes with in staff. It's a safe neighborhood and family friendly.

I have really enjoyed my stay here so far! Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The leasing office has all new faces who are doing their very best to be there for all of our needs and have been very resourceful from helping us tour, begin paperwork, and handle maintenance requests! I also love the emailed updates for community events, mandatory air filter checks, etc. It feels good to know well ahead of time when things are going on!
