I hope this review helps other renters make an informed decision.
I have experienced ongoing issues throughout my time living here, and unfortunately, management has not addressed them in a way that made living here comfortable. One of the biggest frustrations has been the constant water shutoffs, mice , unusable appliances, I still have a hole in my ceiling, roaches, trash on grounds, unresponsive management.

Terrible Property Management & Pests
Avoid living here if you can. Incompetent staff that works on property management. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. No one answers their emails, not even the assistant property manager. But they’re quick to email when the water isn’t working week after week.
Be prepared to deal with mice and roaches here as well.
