The management team is very friendly and responsive on timely manner. I don’t see lots of bug and they respond on inquiries very quickly which I like a lot.
But, the apartment ventilation is not good. Air conditioner is placed inside apartment, in the summer the cooler makes my apartment very humid. Humidity and lack of good ventilation is common issue among tenants. The air of apartment recirculate in the apartment and does not get filtered properly.
Also, bathroom does not have exhaust fan... , it has air vent, when my neighbor upstairs smoke in the bathroom it can come to my bathroom from the vent.
