Worst apartment ever if there was a minus star I would have given it bad reception, bad rules , how can you live in apartment and you can’t park you car at the parking lot they required you to go change your address at the MVA before they can give you parking permit , my car has been towed twice infront of my apartment when I complained they told me they can’t do nothing and I can’t change the address at MVA and parking on the streets thieves might steal from your car .

Don't move around there they don't fix nothing you ask them to fix and it's a good place to live , but the rent is high and it's quiet around there.

The parking situation sucks..... if you live here you should be free to park.... my car has been hit a couple times on the main street

I have been with Columbia Park Apartments for over 4 years and it has been great, The manager of the complex are very nice and the maintenance grew are always their to fix what every is need on time. I have disability with walking far within the complex parking and they were able to provide a HANDICAP park in front of the building where I live so I don't have to walk far when to lot is full. We have nice pools also play area for the kids. walking distance to shoppers and other stores.
