My previous review was censored so I’ll get straight to the point here. I’m surprised this is a new build as Ive encountered many problems since living here and wouldn’t and have advised my friends to not move in. There’s rodents and fire alarms that go off at random times in the morning. I’ve gotten robbed here and due to a lack of cameras on the ground floor by the street no action was taken. There’s thin walls and ceilings so if you can live on the top floor definitely do that. Days go by... with trash piling up in the trash room that is an additional fee. The last thing I’ll talk about is security and safety issue for those exiting or entering through the train entrance and the occasionally broken door by the garage. Read More

I have lived here since July25, yes it has been some downs however the only down for me has ever been the alarms.

Everyone here is very professional and I have never had any complaints. Everyone is very helpful.

I would definitely spread the word even more about Sovren Community. I must say that my experience was smooth and easy thanks to the support from the office ladies. They were very helpful and friendly too.

Common space looks nice, but is underutilized. Rents are high for this area. Management efforts to provide “get to know neighbors” event are minimal and generally unappealing. Garbage rooms are not maintained (don’t blame the tenants when chutes don’t work and bins are not emptied often enough.
