My experience living at Cortland Apartments has been excellent! I’m very glad I made the decision to move here, and I honestly don’t regret it at all.
One of the things I appreciate most is that the apartments are affordable and spacious. The kitchen is a great size, and I especially love having plenty of cabinet space. The apartments also have washer and dryer hookups, which is a huge convenience because you can have your own washer and dryer and don’t have to... waste time going somewhere else to do laundry.
The grounds are kept clean, and the trash is picked up several times a week, which is a big plus and helps keep the community clean and comfortable.
The maintenance team does a great job as well. Whenever I report an issue, they take care of it quickly, and they are always respectful and professional.
The location is another great benefit. There’s a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a hardware store. If you want to relax or grab something to eat, there’s also a Green Turtle restaurant within walking distance, along with a Mexican-American restaurant and several other options nearby. Some of the other restaurants and shopping areas are a short drive away.
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living at Cortland Apartments. It’s a safe, clean, affordable, and comfortable place to call home. If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further — I highly recommend Cortland Apartments 100%!

Management has been wonderful with providing updates, upgrades to the property, and with the overall improvements that have been made to better the community.
Office Staff are always courteous, professional, and responsive when I reach out, and Maintenance Staff always complete a service order in timely manner.
I enjoy my apartment and living here.

The management team was awesome! They kept the grounds in great condition. Then leasing team and maintenance department were always quick to address any concerns. Great relaxing living.

Don’t live here
Office people are terrible to work with. Rent is too much for what they provide. I have called on my stove countless times and they won’t fix it. The management company that owns it is greedy but doesn’t want to change living conditions. They fool you with the nice size of the apartments. Trust me, they are junk
