This development only looks nice. They make a lot of effort to keep the grounds up, landscaped, and parking lot clean. But underneath it's shiny exterior, the buildings are crowded and there are many unpleasant tenants. Maintenance is just okay so long as your are loud enough about your requests. I have had more issues living here than we have had in any other apartment, and I've been renting for 11 years.
