I’ve been here for almost a month, from the application process to the move in the ladies in the leasing office made it very smooth and comfortable. They answered every question I had and didn’t have.I’ve noticed any question or problem I may of had it was handle right on the spot . The neighborhood is good also .

I live close to the forest. The first 8 months seems to be great. But when spring/summer arrived. Everything went into a downward spiral. I have a infestation of mice in my apartment. I called the leasing office multiple of times to handle the situation. This has been going on for months and now I'm moving out. Leasing agents are wonderful. The Maintenance staff is lazy and horrible. It took weeks for my garbage disposal to be fixed when I first moved in the apartment. We have been living here for the last three years and nine months. The management is very courteous and efficient. The apartments are reasonably laid out, with fitted-in laundry facilities. Maintenance calls have been responded within a short period of time and done to our satisfaction. We've always had good neighbors and the place is fairly secure.

Appliances are always breaking. When I say always, I mean always! Maintenance team doesn’t answer calls and the customer service is OKAY. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything that’s going on above you. We’ve dealt with ant, mice and roach problems. Look for another place. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Lol. They even had to change the name of this place because of the reviews.
