I've been to this property a few times during my search and everytime I've noticed things that maintenence has rushed through. Also, I have visited 3 different places there because I know residents, and again maintenence is either behind (due to so many calls because of the property being terrible) or they never show up/late which makes the problems worse. Definitely not worth the move here no matter the specials they may run.

The neighborhood is located right on the water with beautiful views! The maintenance team is extremely friendly and the maintenance supervisor is very attentive and helpful. The area is located very centrally to stores and highways. The property is clean and well-maintained.

Lots of rats, water bills not accurate, maintenance never available, irresponsible Management. If you want to live in hell, this is the perfect place to be.

don’t let the pictures deceive you. These townhomes are absolutely gross. We lived here for a year. And had a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Through out the year we had both bathroom sinks fill with brown smelly water by themselves (this happened every week until eventually the sinks stayed like that) maintenance came to fix it and it was never really fixed. Once our bathroom toilet flooded and the next day the ceiling in the room under the bathroom collapsed. It took maintenance about a month to fix... the ceiling. There was also mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom due to lack of ventilation and the cabinets under the sink were moldy, had mites and the wood was rotten and soft. When we moved in the window in the bathroom had peeling paint and mold all around it which just got worse over time. The windows did not shut properly or lock even though they said our apartment had new windows just put in. Our front door did not lock properly. Some outlets in the walls worked, while others did not work at all. And the ones that did work were so loose that nothing could stay plugged in. The lights would turn off if anything was plugged into an outlet in that room. The office lost our paperwork allowing us to move out. And getting in touch or information from the office was almost impossible. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Not even worth the cheap price. And if you do move in make sure you get receipts for everything in the office because they are unorganized. When I moved out I was told we would revive our deposit in a September, October the latest. It’s November and I still have no deposit. Called the office everyday for 2 weeks to figure out what was going on and no one would help me. Took me showing up in the office for anything to be done. Lived here before then left and came back. Worst then ever before. Looks like project housing. Nothing gets fixed and no one communicates with each other. Horrible management, horrible maintenance, horrible property. Don’t move here.
