These apartments would be so much nicer if there wasnt a roach infestation. The upkeep of the property is poor, the contractor that cleans the buildings does a horrible job. The rental office staff has poor communication. No central air, AC units are built into the wall. And they have a funky smell, filters aren’t changed. Neighbors are loud and don’t abide by the quiet hours. Seems to be only one maintenance man for the whole property.

They are showing the apartments across the street the updated ones this place is infested with rodents and mice and the rental office is never open they do not care about the tenants and the buildings are always dirty and funky I wish could attach pictures

I took a tour of this property after I saw some beautiful pictures of the community on Apartments.com.

The pictures were almost to good to be true, so I had to take a look for myself!

I called the leasing office and Eli, the property manager had was able to give me a tour that day!

He showed me the new business center with new computers and printers as well as the brand new fitness center which was completed a few weeks ago.

The space is beautiful and it is open to all residents at no... extra charge.

I summitted my application online this morning and I hope I am approved!

I have lived in the DC area all my life. I have rented many apartments in the past. The experience I have received so far has been great!
