Vista Wilde Lake Apartments has truly been an amazing place to call home. From the very beginning, Jordan and Kendrick in the leasing office have been absolutely outstanding. They are incredibly welcoming, professional, and always go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and genuinely happy to assist — they really make the community feel like home.
The property itself is just as impressive. The... buildings are consistently clean and well maintained, which really shows the level of care put into the community. The gym is a huge standout — it’s spacious, well-equipped, and easily one of the largest and nicest apartment gyms I’ve seen. Overall, Vista Wilde Lake offers a great living experience with exceptional staff, clean facilities, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live. Everything about this community has been wonderful! From the well the planned resident events to the welcoming residents.

Also, Mail Room elevator has been broken since May!!!! We need that elevator!

It alright. I wake up at least three days a week because my apartment is right above were the trash gets picked up at 4:30am. You can imagine what a shock it was the first couple of times. I wish someone would have told me. The other thing that I don’t like is when my bill is incorrect. When I moved in I brought a cashiers check for the rent and deposit. You can imagine my surprise when I received my bill the next month saying I hadn’t paid my deposit. When I called downstairs they said that it... was placed under the wrong account and that is why it was showing that way I asked them to change that because I didn’t like anything that is not truthful. They didn’t. Now this month I get a bill saying I didn’t pay a lot of little fees. I called and told them I paid everything you said I owed. They said that everything arrived late that why they were not on the bill. I told them the bill should say that not something that is untrue. I don’t like that at all.

Staff is good. Cleaning in the hall is nonexistent. I have asked for the hall carpet to be vacuumed and it hasn’t happened in more than a month. Maintenance is good.
