If you're ok with noise over your head then go for it
The property is ok. When you have to deal with loud noisy tenants and nothing being done about it, that's what makes it just ok. I've been living in this property for two years and have been dealing with this. The property knows the carpet is not good enough when it sounds like the tenant above you is in your apartment. I'm looking to move right away. Also, it can be hard to reach someone in that office, and they rarely return emails or calls. I gave three stars to be fair because the apartments... are nice but the walls and floors are paper thin.

The Elms at Clarksburg - Encore
I am a new resident and so far I can say it is AMAZING! Very nice property nestled right next to many amenities within this awesome Clarksburg Village community. Management and service are very responsive to requests and they have plenty of activities (virtual at this time) for the residents. Loving it so far!!

Wonderful Community!
This is a wonderful community to live in. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly, very efficient, they keep the grounds looking beautiful and clean, and are always prompt whenever something needs repairing. The apartments are very nice and spacious, with great looking appliances. Neighbors are usually pretty nice, and the management tries to engage everyone with community events throughout the year. I've been here almost 7 years and absolutely love it!

Amazing place to live
I recently moved into The Elms and my experience so far have been great. The move in process was went smoothly and I love my apartment... there are nice restaurants, Harris teeter and more... My kids love their new school... both and office and maintenance have been very responsive so far

Wonderful apartments!!
Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am living in the elms at clarksburg village. I love this community so much because the environment here is wonderful, the people are friendly and the apartments are amazing. A Shopping center with Restaurants and grocery store are just a few minutes walk. The Manager of the community is very kind and helpful person. Any issues that pop up are handled quickly and the the satisfaction of all the residents. The staff always make me feel at home and like... we are part of the family.
