Gary is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, who graduated from Walter Johnson High School in 1982 and from the University of Maryland in 1986. Gary is highly experienced and provides Broker Market Expertise, with a strong ability to understand the financial aspects to all of his client’s real estate interests. Gary provides guidance and assists his Buyers and Sellers when purchasing property to ensure the right price under the best terms in their real estate transactions. Gary was raised in a real estate environment through the family business, Rudden Real Estate, which has been servicing the Washington Metropolitan Community since its inception in 1949. Gary joined the family company, Rudden Real Estate, Inc. in 1985. With almost 40 years in real estate sales, Gary has been recognized as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network, and as a "Top Producer" in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Gary and Lisa, his wife, have worked together as The Rudden Team since 1998. "The Rudden Team" together has closed over $ 300 million dollars in Sales! In November 2004, Gary and Lisa merged their real estate sales division with colleagues and created Congressional Residential Realty, LLC.
