I am so thankful to the folks at Crescent for making moving such an easy and warm experience. We've been here for a couple of months and it has been without a doubt the warmest and kindest place I've lived in the DMV. The building is beautiful. Connor and everyone is very helpful. We love our balcony views and the quiet tucked away nature of the building, which still allows us to walk to bagels and coffee in the mornings. There is a grocery store across the street and a cute ice cream shop,... pharmacy, etc. My partner and I are both disabled and the folks here have been so accommodating, even going so far as to help us mount our TV and hang our pictures throughout the apartment. A few times they've helped us carry heavy items to our apartment and they are always responsive to any outreach. Don't forget to ask for the accent wall, which they do for free before move in! You won't regret it.

Best place to live!
Crescent is a wonderful place to live! The staff is friendly and quick to address any maintenance issues. It’s quiet, relaxing, and safe.

Upscale Living in the heart of Chevy Chase
The Crescent looks amazing, upscale living. Can’t wait for the purple line to be finished. It’s close to so many amenities in the heart of Chevy Chase, I know firsthand that it’s a great area. Landmark Realty always treats their residents really well.
