Let me start off by saying this property is disgusting. The property smalls of dirty water and has Roaches. When it gets cold outside uninvited guest like to come out and introduce themselves. The property Smells of Weed throughout the entire day. The management changes every 6/7 months. Please My loves Stay Away ! Please don't be fooled by the pictures OR location!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!

I recently moved out with my family because of job relocation. Nice apartment, maintenance service available almost 24/7, neat environment and friendly neighbors.

Parking hit or miss, no maintenance department, sketchy behavior in and out of building , old appliances, awful acoustics, noise noise noise and I do not know the identity of management. Great location. Need more?

For the price I guess it's ok, but here are things I've experienced from living in this apartment for nearly 2 years.

1. Your package will be constantly stolen. Sometimes you'll only have the wrappings of the package but nothing inside.
2. Hallways and parking areas will smell like weed after 10PM almost everyday.
3. Water service will stop without notice. They do let you know in advance sometimes, but not all the times.
4. Hot water won't work all the time.
5. Even though you pay for parking,... it's not guaranteed that you'll have a spot open for you.

I'v lived in this apartment for over 15 years and I must say ,I had one of the most pleasant and enjoyable visit to my leasing office because of the nice young man named Eric. he was well dressed and smile the whole time even tho I knew I was asking to much of a temp. We need more nice young men like him.
