The staff is unprofessional, the maintenance staff is careless and they don't care how urgent your request is. I've been waiting for repairs for over a month and they still have not been completed. They damaged some of my electronics and despite having a video, wanted to give me a hard time for about 4 days before they eventually agreed to replace the damaged items. They don't notify you before entering like they are suppose to and when you are waiting for a new dryer or a window to be repaired... or replaced, you have to reach out to them for updates. They won't go out of their way to let you know the status. I had a SMECO rep. confirm our really high electric bill is due to the window that water is coming through and getting on our desk and floor but when I told the apartment this, they didn't seem to care. They would rather try finding the cheapest contractor to do the repair instead of trying to get the window fixed ASAP.
I would not rent here again and would not recommend to anyone at all. Ciera the property manager and Dennis the maintenance manager are the reasons why. They have made the stay horrible and Dennis hasn't even been here that long which is pretty bad.

Awesome customer service
The staff at Apts of WW are the best. Cam, Nancy, Craig, Nate and Reggie to name a few. Anytime I have had an issue it’s Always been resolved quickly. I love living here because the staff is the best.

I love it here
I am going on my 3rd year with Wildewood, and I am very pleased with management and the team. I am always able to get any issues resolved and the customer service has always been more than exceptional.

Amazing
Apartments of wildewood are amazing. My husband and I are both military and its the perfect area as well as the perfect amount of space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Wildewood Apartments
Quaint area with ponds and 2 pools Staff is helpful Apartments are a tad pricey for what you get, but they are clean and modern for the most part Make sure to clean your carpets before you leave or you will be charged!!
