This apartment building is INFESTED with roaches, you can see them crawling up and down the outside of the building at night. It is utterly disgusting. While living here we tried EVERYTHING to get rid of them but it’s absolutely out of control. We filed many complaints and the management claimed they would call pest control and never did. The trash room was a mess, the hallways smell disgusting. I’m surprised there are no other reviews like this about this place my family was very happy to move... out when we did. There is no order to packages being delivered. Packages were all placed in the lobby of the building piled up, you have to be on top of when your packages are delivered because there is no one sorting through and no type of security.

Thank you for your feedback. The concerns described appear to reference features that do not exist at Battery Lane, such as a lobby and trash rooms, and may have been intended for a different property with a similar name.
