?? Very disappointing experience

I moved into this property on August 14, 2026, and I have been dealing with serious issues since day one. I still do not have a working refrigerator, and I have been dealing with a rat/pest problem in the apartment.

I have reported these issues to management, but they continue to remain unresolved. What is especially frustrating is that rent is still expected on time as if everything in the apartment is perfectly fine, while I have been living with these... problems since the day I moved in.

I also called the office to try to speak directly with a manager about these concerns, but I was not allowed to speak with one.

I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what matters is how management responds when residents report them. In this case, I have not felt that my concerns are being taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner.

If these issues continue to be ignored, I will have to consider contacting the appropriate county authorities/code enforcement for assistance.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here ask very specific questions about maintenance response times, pest control, and how management handles unresolved problems before signing a lease. Read More

The ladies in the leasing office were so wonderful that I thought I was moving into a nice community with a great dog park. I've never been so wrong.

Just one week after moving in, I discovered and reported German cockroaches, including egg casings. Management waited a month and a half to take action, and when they finally did, they only performed a partial treatment. My entire apartment—including my couch—is now infested. I also have video of them in common areas, which has also been ignored... .

During that six-week delay, I was repeatedly promised it would be treated "in a few days." I even received a notification stating a maintenance request had been completed and the unit was treated, only to find out a week later that they hadn’t done anything because they lost my key and couldn't get inside.

I have been here for only two months and am already looking into legal options to break my lease. Management is completely failing to handle a serious health hazard. To top it off, the gate at the dog park is constantly broken, so I don't even have that as a consolation.

I love this neighborhood.. I love the staff even more ! The assistant property manager .. Kadie is the best she makes me feel like I’m the only resident here at lighthouse .. Maintenance is very friendly all of my concerns are always addressed..

The upstairs neighbor's are super loud. It sounds like a WWE match going on at all hours of the day. Not to mention the bass of the music really adds a great touch. Smells like weed. No respect for the surrounding residents. Wish I had better things to say because I enjoy living here. Just wish the office would do more about the issues I have brought to them.

My experience has been good. I don't like carpets inside home. However, everything is good. It's amazing place for living. It's getting expensive but it's worthy it
