Constant Issues

The front desk staff is all incredibly rude and invade your privacy. The site manager, Beyonka, always has an attitude, is rude, and will make a huge deal about the littlest things. The building itself constantly has issues. Elevators broken, the water shut off almost every week, A/C shut off for days in the middle of a heat wave, maintenance coming in with no warning. Not worth it. This building is a MESS and I have never seen anything like this. It should be shut down.

Too Many Issues for the Price

Decent enough place for students taking classes nearby but you could find somewhere better and cheaper. Overall, live somewhere else - it's not worth it.

Pros:
- Front desk staffed 24/7 (mostly)
- Utilities included in rent
- Rooftop pool
- Common space can be reserved
- Unit had good storage/closet space
- Parking garage available (for extra fee)
- Central air/heat

Cons:
- Ridiculously loud construction during the 2 years I lived here, could start as early as 8am
- water shut off (sometimes...
without notice) too frequently
- 2 elevators but 1 was almost always out of service
- Noise complaints not taken seriously
- Tobacco bug infestation in my unit
- Central air/heat has a schedule (no heat for cold weather in april, no a/c for hot weather in aug/sept)
- Some front desk staff will not allow you to move large suitcases through the front (very HOA-like rules and regulations)
- $100 moving fee
- Pool is tiny (could probably fit in your unit) and is closed for majority of the year
- Rent is too high for all of these issues
- Front desk staff made a comment about packages I had received (limited privacy)

You can find semi-decent street parking, be careful of permit parking or you will get ticketed.
