I've lived here over 10yrs. One thing I can say is whenever there is a problem requiring maintenance, they are prompt and very efficient and professional.

I really don't have a problem with my apartment they come in whenever I call for something I been here going on seven years it is quite where I am at no problem here. You work with them they work with you .

They have a serious rodent problem here …even with a cat, I still get them periodically …w/o a cat , it’s way worse

I've been living in Hillendale Gates Apartment 15 years.(November 30, 2022) It has been a nightmare from hell. Different neighbors a few nextdoor were loud. Maintenance are not all that good. There's no security for your laundry. The door is left unlocked. My laundry was stolen. I reported to the Land Lord. ( Henderson and Webb) Nothing wasn't done about it. I've had a bad experience and I recommend not to choose this apartment complex. There are other locations that might not be as bad, but I'm... hoping they're good ones than other locations. These apartments put you in mind of the projects with the dark windows. The only plus is the location. The leasing office does not care about their tenant’s. Why is the rent so high when there aren’t any amenities ? No wash and dryer hook up, dish washer, garbage disposal nothing. My mom needed a new refrigerator For months. Each time maintenance came they would half way fix it, but let her owe something on the rent they would know how to reach out. The weed smoke is treacherous like who smokes... in their home ?
