Horrible place. They don't pay their bills. Apartments are horrible.

The new dog park and playground provide a delightful experience, and Sammy and his team are always available when needed.

Green Acres is NOT a good place to live. Don't be fooled by what you see on the outside. The WORST problem is the mice and roach infestation. Residents steal other residents packages that get delivered and left in the main lobby. The front door is never locked. There is supposed to be a security code to get in. It stopped working 2 years ago and the office mgmt is aware and hasn't a thing to fix it!! As well as other doors that are supposed to be locked. Anybody can just walk in off the street.... They don't seem to care they're putting residents safety at risk. Residents walk their dogs all over the property and won't clean up the poop. There are cans with bags to be used and still they won't use it. Even though it's the rule. Majority of the maintenance and housekeeping live here and they don't even help keep the property clean. You can never reach office staff on the phone. You tell them about any issues you're having. They act like they care, but they do NOTHING!!! M3 mgmt is the worst!!! All they care about is collecting rent. I can't wait until my lease is up and I am out of this place!!! I wouldn't recommend GA to ANYONE!!! My advice is, DON'T waste your time& money. Because I can guarantee that you will be highly disappointed you moved here. If you read all the different reviews about GA. Just about all the residents say the same thing. GA is awful. They are heavily infested with mice and any bug you can think of. From roaches, to spider crickets, to even centipedes. I've had an ant infestation last year due to the balcony door not being fixed at the bottom allowing insects to just walk right in our apartment. Maintenance is a problem and managment does not care about their tenants. They care more about when your rent is paid. Please don't be fooled by the new playground and grill area this place sucks

Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner. The rental office is flippant about your concerns. Corporate is unresponsive. Do not move here!
