The Parkington side always gets neglected, we are still sitting on ice. She has not treated the Parking lot before or after the snow. She does not answer the phone, she is not in the office on time and she doesn’t have any knowledge of the position.

It’s just a numbers game to these people. They don’t take complaints seriously. Management dodges calls. Litter everywhere. Used to be my peace of mind but now I’m ready to go.

Complex is always clean. Maintenance comes right away. And it’s quiet 99% of the time. My only issue is thin floors.
