Great location not to many people around .
Maintenance gets the job done.
I been living here for 4 months I will say this you can hear everything that’s going on as soon as people come in the hallway to the apartment. You can hear when a person move around in the apartment When they on the phone everything . There is no privacy at all.

Not the most expensive place in the area, but like others have said the leasing office has terrible communication. It seems like you're guaranteed to have a leak or other maintenance issue as it gets colder. The buildings are old and have no insulation between floors.

I moved in ans immediately had a flea infestation from day one. Then roaches. then mices to deal with in a new empty apartment with new carpets. Since then its been down hill. I wouldn't recommend this place to any family. 3 months in and I regret not reading the bad reviews They have online. Save yourself the trouble. I had to get rid of furniture due to the flea infestation. The maintenance team cant keep up with all the leaks and maintenance issues. the electrical is outdated. cant run a... vacum and a hair dryer in different rooms bc the fuse will blow. or anything like a wall heater.

First the leasing office staff is very friendly. I have had little to no issue and when i do have a small problem the leasing office and maintenance response swiftly and efficiently

This communication skills is horrible. Every time I try to call or go to visit these apartments no on answers or is in the leasing office. It’s just horrible service.
