Brand new building and there are already mice up multiple floors. Management is ridiculously hands-off and shady, no one is on site, so honestly they let the place deteriorate. Cheaply flipped warehouse. Fire alarm went off constantly, the walls are ridiculously thin, the elevator was always down, flies were POURING out of the trash chutes in the summer and coming into the units. Worst living experience I've ever had. UMB students - the walk is nice and short, but you will hate coming home.

"Cheap" for a reason
The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the management is very quick and responsive. However, that doesn't dismiss the fact that this building is poorly built and maintained even worse. This complex was built less than 2 years ago, yet there are problems with the fire alarm and smoke detectors, water pipe issues, minimally maintained trash rooms (trash room is disgusting unless someone notifies the office that it is disgusting), the trash chute gets backed up, causing influx... of massive flies, drain flies/fruit flies everywhere, MICE somehow are already in the infrastructure of this ~2 year old building... I was told the mice problems go upwards of 4 floors (this is a 6 floor complex). Yes it is convenient if you are a student across the street, but the emotional turmoil I went through was horrendous. The recycling dumpster bin is ALWAYS full and overflowing, which is in the (very small) parking garage, but that is just a quality of life thing. The walls are thin, the front doors all have major gap issues, so you can hear everything in the hallways. They installed door sweeps to every units for noise reductions and "pest" issues, but it has not helped, clearly.
