A Maryland native and seasoned real estate veteran, William Weeks began his real estate career fresh out of college. He started in commercial real estate while working at the CoStar Group but later realized he wanted to take a more personable approach and help clients buy and sell homes directly. In 2015, William began his residential real estate career at Coldwell Banker Realty and has remained there ever since. Specializing in the communities located along the I-70 corridor from Frederick to Baltimore, William is increasingly involved with the luxury real estate market. He has recently completed a global luxury course and looks forward to connecting clients with the home of their dreams. Whether you’re buying a home, selling, or looking for the perfect rental, William knows the area around Baltimore better than anyone. Having resided in multiple neighborhoods throughout the region, William offers his clients robust local expertise. William does his best to ensure his clients are well cared for and remain attentive, responsive, and communicative from beginning to end. When he isn’t working, William loves to spend time with his wife Mary and their dog Roxi. He enjoys taking long, restorative hikes, spending time at the beach, and watching his favorite sports teams, the Orioles and the Ravens.
