We've lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed our time living here. The rent price does increase every year, but every year it's still the best option around the area in terms of price, space (sq. ft), location and the convenience.

The management team keeps this place very clean and organized, including the laundry room, the stairwell, the trash area. If there's any issue, they always have someone come check on it within a day. They host tenant appreciation events usually in the summer time,... who will say no to free ice cream and free food. Shout out to Sarah!! She is the best and has been really nice to us , we love her!!!

The apartment itself is very spacious, they make sure they clean and repair everything before new tenants move in, even they changed the whole carpet before we moved in, that was a surprise being someone who had to put up with all kinds of landlords in Boston.

The location is awesome, within 10 minutes, you have I-95, Target, Trader Joe's, Hmart, Burlington Mall and all the good restaurants. Within 15 minutes, you can get to Woburn Village area, I-93 and Lexington. Even there's a bus (354) go straight to Boston (Government Center) on the weekdays, and 350 bus go straight to Alewife station every day, so you get options to go into the city.

We lived in Glenbrook for 10 years and they increase rent every year very high. There are no rules for increase, and it get increased automatically by market condition. They don’t show any courtesy even if you live 10 years or so when you move out. They charge over lot for the cleaning fee, lease break and more. They give lot of reasons, and they charge you heavily. They don’t maintain well, and apartment is very old . They charge you for all maintenance. Please prepare to pay lot of money even... when you moved out of the apartment. Leasing office property managers were very rude, and they disconnect your phone while talking.I would not recommend moving to this apartment community . They will give attractive package when you move in, but you need to pay lot from your pocket when you move out . They will treat differently when you move out. So not recommended in Woburn area. The amount of noise generated weekly by chainsaws, leaf blowers, gasoline fueled machinery is annoying. GlenBrook workers should figure out a way to reduce their noise making, especially early mornings. Otherwise it's a lie to call GlenBrook home/a place to come and enjoy rest.

I lived here for two years, it was AWESOME! The management is very very very on-top of things here, and Bill(the maintenance guy) is very quick to fix any issue, big or small. They accept online rent payments. They also had snow removal like clockwork in the winter.

LOCATION:I travel alot for personal and work and I must say the location is not bad. Definitely not the riff raff you would get if you lived in Somerville or somewhere close to downtown. You can catch a $8-10 uber to the Winchester... commuter rail station and ride into Downtown Boston, or there is a bus stop at the edge of the property that will take you to the Alewife(Cambridge) subway station. The highway is right there too. There's a new mini-target 2 blocks away, a planet fitness on the next street over , plenty of restaurants within a 2 mile radius, etc.

Neighbors: The neighbors keep to themselves and there's a wide range of mid-20 something's to 90's. I never experienced any loud noises or anything unpleasant.

The apartments themselves: They're quite large (930 square foot), and the kitchens are updated. I'm a single guy, and when my parents came into town ( thus 3 people total) we never felt atop each other or anything like that. The units also have a large closet in the main area. Overall, a pretty nice place to live. A grocery store is within walking distance, and there are a few bus stops very close by as well. The grounds are well maintained and snow removal is always prompt in the winter. Apartments are spacious and sounds don't seem to carry too much from person's one apartment to another. My only complaint is that when my apartment was redone (just before I moved in), the workmen made a few mistakes (bad paint job, grout in bathroom wasn't done well, etc), but other... than that the complex itself is very nice.
