Family treatment! Michael, Chelsea, and Tevin are Amazing! I moved in November 2020, Michael and gradient staff did everything in their power to accommodate me and family. The maintenance team is also great and will fix everything within a day. The parking garage right under the apartments is a luxury! Did not shovel once last year! ?? We really enjoyed the amenities- clubhouse, gym, and pool! We will miss this place! Than you for everything Gradient!

Please look elsewhere
Fairly certain organizing a tenant's association is in order for this company. Maybe after we all band together they'll take notice of the problems.
Here's a shortlist:
- Prohibited dog-breeds - Poop everywhere - Front door constantly broken - Garage door left open throughout the day and currently broken - Second security doors within garage not connected to FOB network - Dogs not on leash - Parties during quiet hours - People partying in the fire escape - Cars without stickers parking in the... lot - Cars without garage stickers parking in the garage
Other thoughts: their needs to be more speedbumps. People come flying through the parking lot at 30 mph. Also the walls are paper thin.

Clean quiet place to live
I have recently moved back to Massachusetts from New Jersey. I was looking for a place with two or three bedrooms around the South Shore area. I was lucky enough to find the Gradient Apartments. My apartment looked like it was brand new when I toured it. The carpets were very clean and the walls and countertops were newly painted and shiny. They allow pets which is great for us because we have a dog. There’s parking very close to your front door. The staff at the leasing office, especially... Michael, have been more than accommodating and helpful in anything that may come up. I’ve had one or two small maintenance issues and the technicians were usually there within two hours. The landscaping and the grounds are beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

This place stinks
For the love of god do not love in here. We are lasting about 10 months and are getting out of here as fast as we can. Prepare for the following if you want to move in: hideous landscaping done by rock bottom contractors (grass seed sprayed on buildings, dead plants everywhere), continuous construction (they have been building a set of townhouses for over a year), and TOWING! These guys love to tow you so enjoy that. Last but not least the floors are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors... vacuum and go to the bathroom. If for some reason you are still interested in living here after this review DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD move into our old apt 33 208. The neighbor downstairs will pound on the ceiling to quiet you down at ALL hours of the day. It is horrible. I may consider rounding up a class action with the other tenants.
