House on land with woods. You would have full use of basement rooms including living room, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom, large office, private entrance and patio space. You'd have some shared use of laundry, storage space. If you happen to enjoy... gardening, there is space for that. This is a non-smoking property (that include smoking anything).
