Comfortable living in a unique spot. Well-situated in Westford/ Groton area near local businesses— shoutout to the Village Store and Pizzeria Presti— as well as the charming Forge Pond.
Attentive maintenance staff and office folks, who were able to resolve small issues promptly. Community events were a treat and helped to make us feel more connected. Nice communal areas, like the fitness room, screening room and living room spaces in several buildings.
A few complaints about noise and dust—... perhaps to be expected in a converted mill space?— but more general cleaning was needed, especially since this Spring. Grounds and some interior spaces were not so clean— wet staircase by parking garage, dead battery left by a tree in the parking lot— perhaps more regular rounds by a cleanup team would help .

No Response to Emails I have been emailing for confirmation on end of lease deposits/monies owed and have not had a response. I move 8/1 and am staying in this residence but a different apartment. I’d like my loyalty reciprocated. Maintenance on the other hand is great and responsive/helpful.

Maintenance Has Been Consistently Great I have been a resident for about five years. Lots of changes through the years but the one thing that has been consistently great is the maintenance crew. Joe and Patrick have always been quick to respond and I have never had an issue with any repair that they have done. Thanks
