The new ownership is invested in improvements and upgrades. Excellent buildings and grounds staff, central office is responsive. Pet friendly, rent is fair.

This property was pretty decent with the old owners, but to be honest I never needed to interact with them. There were things that I didn't even think about that could have been improved until the new owners came in. They are responsive and hit the ground running with improvements to landscaping, parking, laundry, etc..
Rent is pricey, but honestly, I'm from New York so it is what it is, and I only had a 5 minute commute to work.
The neighborhood is quiet, there is a mix of young families,... couples, college kids. But sometimes I feel like I'm the loudest person in the development.
Overall, if you think this is a great location and price for you, I highly recommend!

My husband and I recently sold our house and we’re apprehensive to say the least about renting an apartment, as we haven’t done so in over 30 years. Our leasing agent Todd not only answered all of our questions, but made us feel comfortable about signing a 12 month lease here. It only got better from there. We got our keys from the maintenance man and he showed us to our unit and made us feel right at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I’ve been here almost a year now and won’t... be leaving anytime soon!

I've been here for a little over a year and I've loved it. The maintenance is great, and my kids and I have LOVED having the pool. Duncan is the best superintendent I've ever had. I rented the unit without seeing it first and the leasing person Todd did a great job taking pictures for me and showing me the different directions they had to offer. I would 100% recommend this property!
