Kerri the Office Manager is Very Friendly and Helpful! She goes out of her way to help with any of your needs . The Apartments are very clean and spacious . I Highly recommend Colonial Point Apartments to anyone! ??

The building is run down, things leak and break constantly but the maintenance team is severely under staffed and it can take MONTHS to get things fixed. When they do fix they, you will be cleaning up after them. The rates are definitely not reasonable and the “amenities” that will be “coming soon” haven’t come in the year I’ve lived here. The people who work here are ignorant and the property manager does not care. The winters are dangerous as the company they hire to “take care of the snow”... does not know how to plow and they do not salt or sand. The parking lot often freezes over making it dangerous. They also don’t plow in a timely fashion so if you work in the morning don’t expect to be able to get out for the morning commute. Lastly if you so choose to live in this run down dump, don’t use the washing machines. They do not wash loads and will leave your clothes sopping wet. The management company has signs relieving them of liability and the company that owns the washers will not refund you.
P.s. watch out for the flies that collect in the halls and invade your apartment in the summer along with the mice and rats.
