I’ve throughly enjoyed my time at the social and find the staff to be very helpful in all aspects of living there. They always communicate early and often about specific events or various updates. I also like that they plan and provide fun activities for the tenants; it’s something that I feel like a lot of other places don’t do, so it helps to make you feel more at home.

I am very pleased with the resident experience The Social Amherst. I love the amenities each apartment supplies and the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the level of communication the leasing office has with the residents and the maintenance people are quick to assist us with any issues. I also love the amount of pets I have met in the area!

Quiet and respectful neighbors. The dog and cat community here is a plus. The unit itself is very well sized with plenty of room everyone to have their own space as well as combined space.
