I have lived at Rosemeade Apartments for the past three years. Coming from a house in Florida with two dogs I was somewhat nervous for this next chapter in life. Well after 3 years of New England living I can without hesitation express my overall pleasure with my choice. The management/ sales staff are always polite and professional; the very visible maintenance crew are always willing to listen and / or fix all requests.
The attention to the grounds just keeps getting better every year and... the overall community is very friendly and actively participates in functions and daily communications with their neighbors. The grounds are always nicely kept, and snow removal in the winter is quick and reliable—which I really appreciate. Common areas stay clean, and the other residents are respectful, so everything feels cared for. Any time I’ve needed maintenance, the team’s been very responsive,

One of my favorite parts? The fireplaces in many of the units. Having a washer and dryer in the unit... is also a big convenience.
Plus, assigned parking makes life easier.

I’ve lived here since 2021. I Love my apartment. There is amble room to walk my dog, the facilities staff is always quick to respond!! And management is right there if you have any questions or issues. This is a community not just a place to live. The residents here are warm and inviting. If you’re in doubt, don’t be. Rosemeade is worth it!!!

I moved here in June. Ms. Sharon was very friendly at first . The apartment I moved into seemed perfect , but soon things started to fall apart. The towel holder broke and the heat did not work in the winter.The major issue was the pipes. The pipes burst and water went all around my Tv. About 2 months later it happened again. So, we had to stay in the model apartment both times. During, this time I decided to move to another apartment. We moved in the apartment and everything was ok at least I... thought so. When my husband would go to the leasing office I would be on the phone with my husband. I over heard her saying he is so handsome. A few day late later my husband come home and tells me that Sharon asked him why my name is always on the mail and not his name. So, today I went to the leasing office and told not to read my mail and do not ask my husband any questions just ask me. Read More
