This apartment is in a phenominal location - right next to Inman square and a 5 minute walk from Union square and the MBTA. It is also about a 20 minute walk from Harvard AND Central square. The apartment itself is newly renovated (we are finishing... up the renovations as we speak) so it will be like living in a new build apartment: all new stainless appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. plus on-site free laundry machine. The Location:

Right next to Inman square - a small cozy area with bars, restaurants and coffee shops. When it comes to public transit, it is only a 5 minute walk from Union square (green line MBTA) 20-30 minute walk to both Harvard and Central squares (Red line MBTA). This area is very convenient for Harvard or MIT students, or just anyone who gets to work via MBTA.

The House:

We recently finished renovating the house so nearly everything is BRAND NEW. There is built-in AC and free laundry in the basement. The kitchen has a new fridge as well as all new appliances. Both bathrooms have new appliances as well. The house is well insulated and cozy which is great for the winter!

Two of the bedrooms are roughly 10ft by 12ft, one of the bedrooms has an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is smaller than the other two, around 10ft by 8ft. I am currently using the third bedroom as an office so you can see it in the pictures below.
