The maintenance department is very proactive and knowledgeable of their work. I find them to be extremely responsive and always able to handle any issues that arise. I’ve been here several years and realize they have kept everything working and looking like new. They constantly update the apartment building painting, testing and changing batteries in every apartment and common area.

HOME SWEET HOME
There is not enough space for me to write about this place I call home. I’ve been here eight years. I met my husband here. I am truly so happy. I love the management team the maintenance team. I’ve never had an issue. They’ve always resolved any small problem. I’ve ever had right away. The day I have to move on from here will be a sad day. WE LOVE THE BEACH HOUSE & the team who keeps it going !!!!

Beach House is the nicest place I have ever lived in. It is kept in perfect condition and I have absolutely no complaints. I have been living here for almost six years and the people in the office are so respectful and friendly.I am very happy.

Beach House is like living in your own condo along a beautiful beach. Your security and privacy are paramount from fob use to mail and package delivery. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s a great living space for me at present time.
