New applicant will lose money if not careful
This company is out to get you if you’re not careful. They will take $200 from you as you’re applying to their apartment then put in the fine print that it’s a non-refundable holding deposit. You will not get your money back. Avoid at all cost

Has Potential
Our apartment complex has potential to be great but, the people in the complex could care less about how they effect others. Also there is no recycling just a trash compactor that people just throw trash around. But the apartments are nice and most of the staff in the leasing office are nice. The rents are okay for a decent apartment complex. All in all it is not a terrible place to live.
