My aunt lived at Great Pond and passed away in her apartment. The company has been horrible towards the family. We had to bury my aunt with NOTHING as we could not get any of her belonging from the apartment. I am concerned as her purse and all of her important documents are in their possession (drivers license, social, birth certificate) and the family has not been permitted to obtain them. I have made SEVERAL phone calls to the property and no one has or will return the call.

There’s not enough parking they don’t care if you can’t find parking they advise you to park elsewhere or your car will be tow I came home late night from the ER with my infant couldn’t find a parking spot I park on the side of the building my car got tow the manager told me they don’t care if you don’t find a parking just find one then walk away
