I moved into one of the third floor units in the Spring of 2021. I've been really impressed so far. The units are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchens are nicely updated. The second and third floor units have 2 patios which are really nice in the non-Winter months. The buildings are located on a quiet road and are just a short walk from the Nashua River Rail Trail. The buildings are quiet. You rarely hear your neighbors. The maintenance staff have been extremely polite and any issues I've had... (few and far between) have been handled promptly. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

I have been living in Pinewood Estates for just under a year and a half and I honestly love it. I’m a first time renter and I really don’t think I could have found a better place to start off. It’s basically my dream apartment. The only negative comment would be that they’ve been painting the back entrance stairways and hallways for almost a year now and they left it unfinished so it doesn’t look the greatest right now, but that is literally my only complaint and it’s such a minimal thing that... it’s not even a real complaint. Heat and water are included in the rent and electricity is very cheap. Lesley, the property manager is very friendly and accommodating. Any issues are almost immediately addressed which I’ve found very comforting. It is really just an amazing place to live.

Excellent Apartment
The landlord is extremely friendly and understanding with any and all circumstances, and is more than happy to answer any questions that may arise. Maintenance is extremely friendly, and is always quick to respond if there is ever an issue; the grounds are also always taken care of and clean. The apartments are up to date and have tons of space available within the apartment. The two balconies make it very easy to have privacy from neighbors and also be able to enjoy the outdoors, and apartments... are very conveniently located!

Lovely property with an excellent Management Team as well as a great Maintenance Dept. Upgrades are exceptional and apartment layout is quite nice, especially having 2 balconies. Management is professional and attentive to any and all inquiries as they may arise. The grounds are perfect for dogs and parking is ample.
