This is a poor excuse for an apartment place! While living here I experienced lease violation after lease violation! Manangement could care less! There are no pros here! Noise is a constant problem from loud stomping tenants and kids all hours of the day n night! Cold apts! When we moved in they were still building this place so we were barely able to get rest with that issue as well. Michele the manager could care less! Then they want to raise the rent every year! The only ameteties are the... gym! Oh did I mention the walls are paper thin and folks are very lazy and don't move their cars for snow removal! There's more to watch out for here but we'll be here all day!

Excellent property
This property is located near major highways and shopping areas. The location is perfect for commuting to Boston, Worcester or Springfield. The property is well maintained and is new construction. The community is small and has been quiet and respectful.

A Great Place to Live
The property is secure, well maintained, and extremely clean. Management is readily available and extremely friendly. Great location, very quiet, perfect for commuting or if you work from home. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Best Apartments!
Clean, well maintained, new construction apartments close to everything! The management is super friendly and building is safe and secure... and the units are pet friendly. What more can you ask for?! These are the best apartments in the area that I have seen/ inquired about hands down.
