I love it here, the new company is amazing and my neighbors are the best. My children are getting the best education and management is now a dream. I have worked alot with Clarissa and she is help me with the certification process to protect my household from crazy increases! she is so kind to me and my family! I also love Amina who since day one made me fell at home! i've been here 16 years! One of my sons is now a great professional due to the educational system and my younger son goes all... over world during to his high grades!!!!

- Unreasonable price hike at renewal. - No response to maintenance requests. - Rats/mice everywhere.

paper thin walls!
Old Paper thin walls. I can hear almost everything happens around me, including the guy urinating every morning upstairs. Poorly constructed old buildings!

not a place to live!
Buses and trucks make a lot of noise early mornings (there is a bus parking nearby). Hot in summers (weak & noisy AC). They reduced the heating temperature to 64 for winters & no more hot shower. Very rude management.
