Extremely thin ceilings, way too expensive, very small spaces, and noisy neighbors. Even more concerning is that management are dishonest. Definitely look elsewhere for this amount of money.

Love living at TheTrio
Trio apartments are built really well. The building including the hallways & garage are kept immaculate. The function rooms, fitness center, roof decks are great! The new management team that is now in charge are so wonderful! I feel so fortunate to feel heard on any issues that I have in my apt. The new manager Deb of Mark Development with her assistant Joesph are so attentive to all residents needs in a very timely fashion. The Maintenance guys are so nice when they come to help. I am so happy... here, that I am going on my second year & plan on living here long term with the new changes in management.
