I love it here. It is quiet. I can take the buses down the street. The people are nice.?? I like looking out my windows every morning. My building is clean.

I absolutely love this very peaceful and well-organized place, with so many areas to have fun. I truly recommend it 100%.Amanda, the girl in the office, is a super person, very attentive when we need her services. I really love this community.

There is a lot of very loud noise coming from the yard on the 2nd floor. Some of the neighbors are so disrespectful and rude to other residents as to allow their kids yell and scream there for hours. I complained to the manager, no help from her. The parking lot in the back of the building is full of old leaves and trash. I asked if it could be cleaned 2 weeks ago to no avail.

Living here is great! The staff are helpful. Including The Manager, Amanda. Pretty and peaceful, living by the Charles river. Stores are close a plus when you walk everywhere.

Positives…Great location, Amanda is very responsive, layout of apt is fine. Annoying things in apartment….Big gap under door, so you can hear dogs barking, etc. refrigerator is too small….especially given there is room for a normal size one. No overhead lighting in living room/dining area. Not able to just come in the building from outside….have to go thru garage or main lobby. Packages are scattered in vestibule, table in lobby, floor by mailboxes or all over package room. It’s a mess.
