The apartment has open living / dining room, big French doors and otherwise double pane new large windows. The eat-in kitchen has ALL NEWER appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge). The sink is equipped with a disposal unit. Laundry is in the unit and is also all NEWER.
One of the bedrooms is considerably larger than bedrooms you’d otherwise find in your regular rental apartment. Furthermore, this oversized bedroom has 2 closets, and new ceiling fan and light fixture (to be installed this week). The other bedroom is also very reasonable in size and also has a new ceiling fan and light fixture. This apartment – though very sunny, is ideal for hot summer days and nights as it tends to have wonderful ventilation and insulation that keeps the hot air out.
