The attitude and service provided by the management is poor at best. I have lived here for 7 years and everything here has been degrading since then. I stayed this long because it was a pain to move to another location. The apartments are getting old, the management can't fix things. The fixes are usually band aid fixes which reappear over time. The management and the office person Paula thinks she is doing a favor on the tentant for fixing issues. She should remember, she has a job and gets... paid because the tenants are paying the rent and not the other way around.

The property management is very hostile and ignore simple requests if it's not convenient to them. Stay away from here if you don't want to be harassed.

Great place to live at relatively cheaper rents
I have been living at Kendall crossing for 2 years and have had a great time here. The apartments are on the older side but are well maintained and the maintenance team is always prompt to fix issues. The management lives in a pre-internet era where information is passed on to residents using physical envelopes. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and all the neighbours are very courteous. Rents are on the cheaper side and gas is paid for by the management, which is great! Apartments are spacious... and carpeted, and all have balconies. Go for it if you want a nice and quiet place with affordable rents
