It's a flat $1350 per month with utilities being separate (electricity and wifi). The living room will be furnished with a sofa, tv, and tv stand. The bedroom will have an office chair, a tv stand, and a queen bedframe. The kitchen will have an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a microwave along with a kitchen table. A pool, soccer field, and tennis courts are available. There are public community grills as well.

There's a Brothers Marketplace in walking distance and a Shaws a little further down the road for groceries, as well as a variety of restaurants.

Parking is off-street with an abundance of guest parking (no charge).
