I have lived in this community for more than several years, and largely enjoy my stay here. The property is kept fairly clean, inside and out, I no longer have a problem with mice or roaches, and repairs, when needed are done efficiently and in a timely manner. The management office is located on the property, and I walk over if needed, or communicate via email. I am also grateful that there is a security company that patrols the grounds, and they can be contacted and are helpful, if necessary.... Morton Village is a great community to be apart of , just like any other community there’s improvements that need to be done, as long as the property manager is doing his job to take people’s concerns into consideration I think Morton village has the potential to be a even better community I already seen the improvements, I have a aunt who’s lived here since the 80s so yes I see all the improvements.
