We had a good experience for the year and 3 months we rented. There were improvements made to the exteriors of the buildings while we were there once the new owners took over. We also had great people living in our building, which can't always be guaranteed or said in apartment living, but we got lucky and that made a world of difference for us.
Since moving out, we had issues with getting our security deposit back because management charged us for replacement of the microwave that they claim... we damaged, which is 100% not true. There was a crack in the plastic door and that crack was there when we moved in. The microwave worked perfectly fine, the crack did not impact the functionality of the microwave, the microwave was broken in our eyes, so we never thought anything about it and we didn't report it to management on the move-in condition statement. Big mistake! Warning to future renters, learn from our mistake and report ALL cracks, dents, flaws, with the appliances, fixtures, windows, walls, EVERYTHING in the apartment when you move in, and take photos! We were very naive, don't you do the same!

This place has more mice than you know what to do with, management team trent residents poorly constantly threatening fines and legal actions, never completely necessary repairs

Great place to live
Have lived her for 5 yrs the staff is very kind and supportive maintence is great and do top qualitywork..i love the community activities they do for the residents..wish I could give more stars

Awful
Do not move here. We had nothing but problems. Staff is not very kind. Moved in to a filthy apartment and there was the start of that.

horrible!!!!
awful place to live!!! do not move into these apartments they are trashed. cops are always here and the ambulance is always here from people over dosing. place is a joke!!!!! you have to pay 30$ to use the pool, per person. if you bring a friend they cost an additional 10$
