Currently a tenant here, and I enjoy it. My main issue is the price. However, it's Massachusetts, and everything is expensive - we are in one of the most expensive states to live in. Considering the square footage, price, and adjacency to a train station, you get a pretty good deal. There's a nice outdoor space by building C where you can walk your dog. And it's a 12-minute walk to the Mansfield Train station, there's even a bus that drives directly to the Logan airport. The property is very... centrally located and close to the highway while being behind trees, so you get the convenience of being close to major streets without all the noise.
The maintenance people are very reliable here; someone was always over in under 24 hours. I had a minor emergency (locked myself out like an idiot), and Fawaad was there in under an hour to let me back in. I am under the impression that all the units are the same layout - if that's the case, then you will be pleasantly surprised with how much natural light each room gets! I work from home, and the light I get in my office space makes me very happy.
